Track Quran Memorization and Reading Progress
Track Quran reading, listening and practice progress in Quran Gallery: streaks, reading plans, the khatmah challenge, and what syncs to your account.
On this page
Quran Gallery tracks progress inside the app where you do the activity. There is no single progress page for the whole suite. This page lists which app tracks what, where to see it, and whether it needs an account. For the full list of what syncs, see Sync across devices.
This page covers reading, listening and practice progress. It does not cover memorisation (hifz) lessons.

Quran: reading plans
A reading plan turns finishing the Quran into a daily schedule. You pick a finish date and any rest days, and the plan works out how many verses to read each day. Open a day, read it, and choose Mark as Complete. The plan page shows how many days are done.
Plans are saved to your account, so the Plans page asks you to sign in first.
Quran: streak, activity and verses read
When you are signed in, My Quran shows:
- your Streak, the number of days in a row with activity. A day counts if you read, saved a bookmark or wrote a note;
- an activity heatmap for the last 26 weeks;
- a count of verses read.
It also shows a pace estimate for finishing the Quran. My Quran needs an account. See Collections, plans and your journey.
Listen: the Quran challenge
The Quran challenge (khatmah) helps you hear all 114 surahs in one reciter’s voice. You choose the number of days, your listening days and days off. The challenge card shows whether you are on track, today’s goal, your streak and a calendar of days listened. You can run up to 3 challenges at once.
Listening counts when it is in the challenge’s reciter and reading. Your challenges are saved on your device, and also on your account when you sign in.
Nazira: streaks and XP
Nazira teaches reading in short lessons. It keeps a daily goal, a streak of days practised, XP, hearts and gems. Signed in, your progress is stored on your account and the server works out the streak. Signed out, it stays in this browser. When you sign in on a device that already has progress, it moves to your account.
The weekly League is still being built. It shows a sample leaderboard, not a live ranking against other learners.
Other trackers
- Prayer. Prayer tracking logs your daily prayers and keeps streaks and a count of missed prayers. Signed out, it saves on this device and imports to your account when you sign in.
- Adhkar. Progress and settings shows your dhikr streak and a 30-day activity heatmap. It can export your history as CSV or JSON.
What does not exist
- There is no single dashboard that combines progress from every app.
- Progress does not move between apps. A Quran streak and a Nazira streak are counted separately.
