Report a Bug or Request a Feature

Report a bug, suggest a feature or ask for help in Quran Gallery: where the form is, what to include, and how to follow the fix in the changelog.

On this page

Quran Gallery has no public issue tracker. To report a bug, suggest a feature or ask for help, you use a form on the website or send an email. This page says which to use, what to include, and where to read about changes.

Where to report

WhereUse it for
Feedback formBug reports, feature requests and ideas.
Support formA problem with an app or your account that needs a reply.
Email support@qurangallery.comAnything else. It is listed on the contact page.

You do not need to be signed in to use either form. If you are signed in, the report is linked to your account.

There is no public issue tracker

You cannot browse other people’s reports, vote on them or follow one by number. Every report goes privately to the team by email, and the form also stores it. Nothing you send is published.

The feedback form

Open qurangallery.com/feedback and pick a category:

  • Bug Report — something is broken or wrong.
  • Feature Request — something you want to be able to do.
  • Content — a problem with or a question about the content.
  • Design — how something looks or is laid out.
  • General — anything that fits none of the others.
  • Other

Then fill in your name, your email and a message of at least 10 characters (the limit is 5,000). All three are required. Bot protection runs in the background; there is no puzzle to solve.

The support form

Open qurangallery.com/support. Every field is required:

  • Name and Email
  • Product — Quran Reader, AI Chatbot, Design Studio, Knowledge Hub, Accounts or Other.
  • Priority — Low, Medium or High.
  • Subject and Message

What to include

The forms do not record which page you were on, so the message has to say. They do send your browser’s identifier (its user agent) with the report.

  • The app and the page, ideally the address from your browser’s address bar.
  • What you did, step by step, and what you expected.
  • What happened instead. An exact error message helps.
  • Your device, browser and the language you use the app in.
  • For a feature request, what you are trying to do, not only the feature you have in mind.

Never put your password in a report.

Will I get a reply?

The support page promises a reply within 24-48 hours. The team receives your message by email with your address as the reply-to, so the reply comes to the email you typed into the form. The feedback page does not promise a reply: use the support form if you need one.

Where fixes are announced

The changelog lists what changed across the apps, month by month and week by week, written for the people who use them. It is a summary, not a tracker: it does not show the status of your own report.

For the other pages that cover getting help, see Help, support & feedback.
