Quran and Islamic content
Add authentic Qur'an verses to the canvas — pick a surah, juz, or hizb, choose a verse range, and set the Arabic script (Uthmani, IndoPak, or Tajweed).

This is what makes Studio more than a general design tool: you can drop authentic Qur’anic text straight onto the canvas. It all lives in the Quran panel in the left sidebar.
Quick way in: from the Studio welcome screen, choose Verse Card to open the editor with the Quran panel already open. You can also open it any time from the left sidebar.
The panel has two tabs across the top: Navigation (find and add verses) and Preferences (choose how the Arabic looks). You pick your verses in Navigation, set the look once in Preferences, and the look is applied when you add the verses.
Navigation: find and add verses
The Navigation tab is where you choose what to insert.
- Browse by Surahs, Juz, or Hizb. Use the sub-tabs to switch between the three ways of finding a passage. The search box at the top filters the list — type a surah name (English or Arabic), a number, or a juz/hizb to jump straight to it.
- Pick a passage from the list. The Surahs list shows each surah’s English and Arabic name, its number, and how many verses it has.
- Set the verse range. Once a surah is selected, a bar at the bottom shows its name and verse count, with a From and a To field. Enter the first and last verse you want, or tap Full to select the whole surah at once.
- Add to canvas. Select Add to canvas to drop the verses onto your design.
The verses arrive as a single text group on the canvas, with verse-end markers between consecutive verses. From there you can move it, resize it, and restyle it like any other element — see Text and typography.
The range fields stay within the selected surah, so you can’t ask for a verse the surah doesn’t have. If a fetch fails, the panel tells you so you can try Add to canvas again.
Preferences: choose the Arabic script
The Preferences tab sets how the Arabic text looks. Choose a script from three options:

| IndoPak | The IndoPak script familiar across South Asia. |
| Tajweed | Uthmani text with the rules of recitation marked in colour. |
When you choose Tajweed, turn on Show Tajweed Rules to colour-code the text by recitation rule — a beautiful touch on a verse card and a helpful aid for learners.
A live preview reflects your choices, and a Font size slider lets you scale the Arabic from Small to Large. Whatever you set here is applied to the verses you insert from the Navigation tab — so set the script first, then add your passage.
Because the inserted verse is editable text, you can still change its font, size, colour, and alignment afterwards on the canvas. For Arabic, an Arabic font with right-to-left direction reads best — and that’s handled for you when you insert from this panel.
Building a verse card
A typical flow:
- In Preferences, pick your script (and turn on Show Tajweed Rules if you want tajweed colours).
- In Navigation, choose a surah, set the From / To range (or tap Full), and select Add to canvas.
- Add a background colour, gradient, or pattern — see Images, shapes, and assets.
- Style the verse text and arrange it on the canvas — see Text and typography.
- Export it as an image or share a link — see Saving, exporting, and sharing.
