وَمَآ
أَرْسَلْنَا
فِى
قَرْيَةٍۢ
مِّن
نَّبِىٍّ
إِلَّآ
أَخَذْنَآ
أَهْلَهَا
بِٱلْبَأْسَآءِ
وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ
لَعَلَّهُمْ
يَضَّرَّعُونَ
٩٤
Whenever We sent a prophet to a town, We afflicted its [disbelieving] people with suffering and hardships, so that they might humble themselves [before God],
