So be patient, [Prophet], as befits you.
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
إِنَّهُمۡ

٦
The disbelievers think it is distant,
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem

Man was truly created anxious:
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
إِذَا

ٱلشَّرُّ
جَزُوعٗا
٢٠
he is fretful when misfortune touches him,
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem

٢٩
who guard their chastity
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem

They will be honoured in Gardens of bliss.
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem

٣٦
What is wrong with the disbelievers? Why do they rush to peer at you [Prophet],
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
عَنِ
ٱلۡيَمِينِ
وَعَنِ
ٱلشِّمَالِ
عِزِينَ
٣٧

Does every one of them expect to enter a Garden of bliss?
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
كـَلَّآۖ
إِنَّا
خَلَقۡنَٰهُم
مِّمَّا
يَعۡلَمُونَ
٣٩
No! We created them from the substance they know,
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
فَلَآ
أُقۡسِمُ
بِرَبِّ
ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ
وَٱلۡمَغَٰرِبِ
إِنَّا
لَقَٰدِرُونَ
٤٠
and, by the Lord of every sunrise and sunset, We have the power
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
عَلَىٰٓ
أَن
نُّبَدِّلَ
خَيۡرٗا
مِّنۡهُمۡ
وَمَا
نَحۡنُ

٤١
to substitute for them others better than they are- nothing can prevent Us from doing this.
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
فَذَرۡهُمۡ
يَخُوضُواْ
وَيَلۡعَبُواْ
حَتَّىٰ
يُلَٰقُواْ
يَوۡمَهُمُ
ٱلَّذِي
يُوعَدُونَ
٤٢
So leave them to wallow in idle talk, until they come face to face with their promised Day,
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
يَوۡمَ
يَخۡرُجُونَ
مِنَ
ٱلۡأَجۡدَاثِ
سِرَاعٗا
كَأَنَّهُمۡ
إِلَىٰ
نُصُبٖ
يُوفِضُونَ
٤٣
the Day they will rush out of their graves as if rallying to a flag,
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
خَٰشِعَةً
أَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ
تَرۡهَقُهُمۡ
ذِلَّةٞۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
ٱلۡيَوۡمُ
ٱلَّذِي
كَانُواْ
يُوعَدُونَ
٤٤
eyes downcast and covered in shame: that is the Day of which they were warned.
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
