ٱللَّهُ
يَسْتَهْزِئُ
بِهِمْ
وَيَمُدُّهُمْ
فِى
طُغْيَـٰنِهِمْ
يَعْمَهُونَ

God is mocking them, and allowing them more slack to wander blindly in their insolence.
