1. Platform Overview

Quran Gallery provides four products, each with its own content characteristics:

  • Quran — Presents the Quranic text, translations, and reciter audio. Translations are sourced from recognized scholars but may vary in interpretation. Audio recordings are provided by licensed reciters.
  • Chat — Uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about Islam, the Quran, and Hadith. Responses are AI-generated and subject to the limitations described below.
  • Studio — Uses AI to assist in designing Islamic artwork. Generated designs are for personal and educational use.
  • Blog — Features curated educational content. Articles are written or reviewed by the Quran Gallery team and are for general educational purposes.

2. AI-Generated Content Warning

The Chat and Studio products use artificial intelligence. While our AI is guided by a carefully crafted system aligned with authentic Islamic scholarship, it is inherently limited and may produce errors.

AI-generated content may:

  • Contain inaccuracies or misinterpretations of Islamic texts.
  • Lack the nuance and context that a qualified scholar would provide.
  • Not account for differences among recognized schools of Islamic jurisprudence (madhahib).
  • Occasionally generate responses that do not reflect established scholarly consensus.

3. Not a Substitute for Qualified Islamic Scholars

This platform is an educational aid, not a replacement for traditional Islamic education or scholarly consultation. For matters of religious practice, family law, financial rulings, or any question requiring a formal religious opinion, you should consult a qualified Islamic scholar or local imam directly.

4. No Fatwa Issuance

Quran Gallery does not issue fatwas (formal religious rulings). Any response that appears to address a specific ruling should be understood as general educational information, not a binding religious opinion. Only qualified muftis with proper training and authorization may issue fatwas.

5. Content Accuracy Limitations

While we make every effort to ensure content is grounded in authentic sources — including the Quran, Sahih Hadith collections, and recognized classical scholarship — we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all content across the platform. Specifically:

  • AI models in Chat may misattribute or incorrectly cite Hadith references.
  • Translations in the Quran reader are scholarly interpretations and may differ among translators.
  • Studio artwork is AI-assisted and should be reviewed for accuracy of any Quranic text rendered.
  • Blog articles represent general educational views, not formal scholarly opinions.

Always verify important information against trusted scholarly sources.

6. Sources & References

In the Chat product, the AI is instructed to cite Quranic verses (with surah and ayah numbers) and Hadith references (with collection and narrator) where applicable. These citations are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always be perfectly accurate. We recommend cross-referencing any cited sources with established Islamic reference works.

7. User Responsibility

By using Quran Gallery, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
  • You will not treat AI responses as authoritative religious guidance.
  • You will seek qualified scholarly advice for important religious decisions.
  • You understand the inherent limitations of AI-generated content.
  • You will review any Studio-generated artwork for accuracy before sharing or printing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quran Gallery, its creators, and its contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on any content provided by the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from incorrect religious information, misinterpreted scholarly opinions, inaccurate artwork, or any decisions made based on the platform's content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
