إِنَّا
جَعَلْنَا
فِىٓ
أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ
أَغْلَـٰلًۭا
فَهِىَ
إِلَى
ٱلْأَذْقَانِ
فَهُم
مُّقْمَحُونَ

[It is as if] We had placed [iron] collars around their necks, right up to their chins so that their heads are forced up
