- 6:107 Al-An'am وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَآ أَشْرَكُوا۟ ۗ وَمَا جَعَلْنَـٰكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا ۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيلٍ If it had been God’s will, they would not have done so, but We have not made you their guardian, nor are you their keeper.
- 10:99 Yunus وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ لَـَٔامَنَ مَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ كُلُّهُمْ جَمِيعًا ۚ أَفَأَنتَ تُكْرِهُ ٱلنَّاسَ حَتَّىٰ يَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ Had your Lord willed, all the people on earth would have believed. So can you [Prophet] compel people to believe?
- 18:29 Al-Kahf وَقُلِ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ فَلْيُؤْمِن وَمَن شَآءَ فَلْيَكْفُرْ ۚ إِنَّآ أَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ نَارًا أَحَاطَ بِهِمْ سُرَادِقُهَا ۚ وَإِن يَسْتَغِيثُوا۟ يُغَاثُوا۟ بِمَآءٍ كَٱلْمُهْلِ يَشْوِى ٱلْوُجُوهَ ۚ بِئْسَ ٱلشَّرَابُ وَسَآءَتْ مُرْتَفَقًا Say, ‘Now the truth has come from your Lord: let those who wish to believe in it do so, and let those who wish to reject it do so.’ We have prepared a Fire for the wrongdoers that will envelop them from all sides. If they call for relief, they will be relieved with water like molten metal, scalding their faces. What a terrible drink! What a painful resting place!
- 74:56 Al-Muddaththir وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ هُوَ أَهْلُ ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ وَأَهْلُ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ they will only take heed if God so wishes. He is the Lord who should be heeded, the Lord of forgiveness.
- 76:29 Al-Insan إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِۦ تَذْكِرَةٌ ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلًا This is a reminder. Let whoever wishes, take the way to his Lord.
- 76:30 Al-Insan وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا But you will only wish to do so if God wills- God is all knowing, all wise-
- 76:31 Al-Insan يُدْخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦ ۚ وَٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۢا He admits whoever He will into His Mercy and has prepared a painful torment for the disbelievers.
- 81:28 At-Takwir لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَسْتَقِيمَ for those who wish to take the straight path.
- 81:29 At-Takwir وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ But you will only wish to do so by the will of God, the Lord of all people.
- 82:7 Al-Infitar ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ your generous Lord, who created you, shaped you, proportioned you,
