- 40:71 Ghafir وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ when, with iron collars and chains around their necks, they are dragged
