Quran Gallery is a free Quran reading and study platform. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We do not advertise, track you across the web, or sell your data to third parties.

When you create an account, we collect the following information:

• Account information — name and email address, provided through our SSO authentication system at accounts.qurangallery.com
• Reading history — which surahs and verses you have read, to help you continue where you left off
• Bookmarks — verses and surahs you choose to save
• Notes — personal annotations you write on verses
• Collections — custom groupings of verses you create

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on our self-managed server. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely with regular backups.

We use a minimal number of cookies:

• Authentication cookie — scoped to .qurangallery.com, used to keep you signed in across all Quran Gallery services
• Locale preference — remembers your chosen language so pages load in the correct language

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking cookies.

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and edge computing infrastructure. Cloudflare may process requests to deliver our service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• QuranCDN API — provides Quranic text, translations, and audio data. We send requests to their API on your behalf but do not share your personal information with them.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account — remove all your data from our systems by deleting your account at accounts.qurangallery.com
• Export your data — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Withdraw consent — stop using the service at any time; your data will be retained until you delete your account
