- 2:167 Al-Baqarah كَرَّةً وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّءُوا۟ مِنَّا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ ٱللَّهُ أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ حَسَرَٰتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ وَمَا هُم بِخَـٰرِجِينَ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ the followers will say, ‘If only we had one last chance, we would disown them as they now disown us.’ In this way, God will make them see their deeds as a source of bitter regret: they shall not leave the Fire.
- 17:6 Al-Isra ٱلْكَرَّةَ ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ ٱلْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَمْدَدْنَـٰكُم بِأَمْوَٰلٍ وَبَنِينَ وَجَعَلْنَـٰكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيرًا but then We allowed you to prevail against your enemy. We increased your wealth and offspring and made you more numerous––
- 26:102 Ash-Shu'ara كَرَّةً فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ If only we could live our lives again, we would be true believers!’
- 39:58 Az-Zumar كَرَّةً أَوْ تَقُولَ حِينَ تَرَى ٱلْعَذَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِى كَرَّةً فَأَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ Or, faced by punishment, it says, “If only I could have another chance, I would join those who do good!”
- 67:4 Al-Mulk كَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ ٱرْجِعِ ٱلْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٌ Look again! And again! Your sight will turn back to you, weak and defeated.
- 79:12 An-Nazi'at كَرَّةٌ قَالُوا۟ تِلْكَ إِذًا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةٌ ‘Such a return is impossible!’
