يَعِدُهُمْ
وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ ۖ
وَمَا
يَعِدُهُمُ
ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ
إِلَّا
غُرُورًا

he makes them promises and raises false hopes, but Satan’s promises are nothing but delusion.
