هَـٰذَا
بَصَـٰٓئِرُ
لِلنَّاسِ
وَهُدًۭى
وَرَحْمَةٌۭ
لِّقَوْمٍۢ
يُوقِنُونَ
٢٠
This [revelation] is a means of insight for people, a source of guidance and mercy for those of sure faith.
