ذَٰلِكَ
بِأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
مَوْلَى
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوا۟
وَأَنَّ
ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
لَا
مَوْلَىٰ
لَهُمْ

That is because God protects the believers while the disbelievers have no one to protect them:
