لَا
يَرْقُبُونَ
فِى
مُؤْمِنٍ
إِلًّۭا
وَلَا
ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ
وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ

Where believers are concerned, they respect no tie of kinship or treaty. They are the ones who are committing aggression.
