إِلَّا
ٱلَّذِينَ
تَابُوا۟
وَأَصْلَحُوا۟
وَبَيَّنُوا۟
فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ
أَتُوبُ
عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ
وَأَنَا
ٱلتَّوَّابُ
ٱلرَّحِيمُ
١٦٠
unless they repent, make amends, and declare the truth. I will certainly accept their repentance: I am the Ever Relenting, the Most Merciful.
