ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُوا۟
سَوَآءٌ
عَلَيْهِمْ
ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ
أَمْ
لَمْ
تُنذِرْهُمْ
لَا
يُؤْمِنُونَ

As for those who disbelieve, it makes no difference whether you warn them or not: they will not believe.
