2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Certain Quran Gallery products — including Chat and Studio — use artificial intelligence to generate responses and artwork. While we strive for accuracy and ground our responses in authentic Islamic scholarship, AI-generated content is not a substitute for guidance from qualified Islamic scholars.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for religious rulings (fatwas), legal matters, or decisions that require scholarly authority. Always consult qualified scholars for important religious questions.

3. Description of Service

Quran Gallery is a platform providing Islamic educational tools and resources. The Service includes the following products:

• Quran — Read, listen, and study the Quran with word-by-word translation and reciter audio.
• Chat — An AI-powered assistant for questions about Islam, the Quran, Hadith, and Islamic scholarship.
• Studio — A design tool for creating Quranic artwork with Arabic calligraphy and Islamic patterns.
• Blog — Curated lectures, lessons, and educational article series about the Quran and Islam.

The Service is designed to be an educational and reference platform, not a replacement for traditional Islamic education or scholarly consultation.

4. Account Terms

• You must sign in using Google OAuth to access personalized features (Chat, reading progress, Studio projects).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate information during the sign-in process.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AI-generated responses as authoritative religious rulings (fatwas).
• Misrepresent AI responses as coming from qualified Islamic scholars.
• Redistribute Quran audio recordings in violation of the reciter's licensing terms.
• Use Studio-generated artwork in a manner that misrepresents Quranic content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote harmful content.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner.

6. Newsletter Subscription

By creating an account on Quran Gallery, you agree to receive our newsletter with updates, features, and relevant content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

7. Using Anything From This Website

Everything on Quran Gallery is free — please, take whatever you need. Any artwork, text, audio, article, graphic, or AI-generated content you find on this website is yours to use. You can use it at home, at school, at work, in your mosque, in a book, on social media, in a product you sell — anywhere you like. You do not need to ask us first, pay anything, or give us credit. Our hope is simply that it helps you, and that it helps others.

Not sure how to use something? Just ask. If you do not know how to download a file, print an image, edit a design, or if you need something in a different size, language, or format, please write to us at support@qurangallery.com. We will gladly walk you through it and send you what you need. No question is too small.

Quranic text and Hadith belong to the wider Islamic tradition and are not ours to claim. A few third-party materials — such as reciter audio recordings — follow their own rules set by the reciters and publishers; please respect those where noted.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content for religious, legal, or personal decisions, or from the use of any artwork created through Studio.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
