9:82 At-Tawbah وَلْيَبْكُوا

فَلْيَضْحَكُوا۟ قَلِيلًا وَلْيَبْكُوا۟ كَثِيرًا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ

Let them laugh a little; they will weep a lot in return for what they have done.

12:16 Yusuf يَبْكُونَ

وَجَآءُوٓ أَبَاهُمْ عِشَآءً يَبْكُونَ

and at nightfall they returned to their father weeping.

17:109 Al-Isra يَبْكُونَ

وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ خُشُوعًا ۩

They fall down on their faces, weeping, and [the Quran] increases their humility.’

19:58 Maryam وَبُكِيًّۭا

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مِن ذُرِّيَّةِ ءَادَمَ وَمِمَّنْ حَمَلْنَا مَعَ نُوحٍ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّةِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَمِمَّنْ هَدَيْنَا وَٱجْتَبَيْنَآ ۚ إِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ خَرُّوا۟ سُجَّدًا وَبُكِيًّا ۩

These were the prophets God blessed- from the seed of Adam, of those We carried in the Ark with Noah, from the seed of Abraham and Israel- and those We guided and chose. When the revelations of the Lord of Mercy were recited to them, they fell to their knees and wept,

44:29 Ad-Dukhan بَكَتْ

فَمَا بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنظَرِينَ

Neither heavens nor earth shed a tear for them, nor were they given any time.

53:43 An-Najm وَأَبْكَىٰ

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ

that it is He who makes people laugh and weep;

53:60 An-Najm تَبْكُونَ

وَتَضْحَكُونَ وَلَا تَبْكُونَ
