كَانُوا۟
لَا
يَتَنَاهَوْنَ
عَن
مُّنكَرٍۢ
فَعَلُوهُ ۚ
لَبِئْسَ
مَا
كَانُوا۟
يَفْعَلُونَ

they did not forbid each other to do wrong. How vile their deeds were!
