وَمِنْهُم
مَّن
يَسْتَمِعُونَ
إِلَيْكَ ۚ
أَفَأَنتَ
تُسْمِعُ
ٱلصُّمَّ
وَلَوْ
كَانُوا۟
لَا
يَعْقِلُونَ

Some of them do listen to you: but can you make the deaf hear if they will not use their minds?
