إِلَىٰ
فِرْعَوْنَ
وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ
فَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟
أَمْرَ
فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ
وَمَآ
أَمْرُ
فِرْعَوْنَ
بِرَشِيدٍۢ

to Pharaoh and his supporters, but they followed Pharaoh’s orders, and Pharaoh’s orders were misguided.
