Reciting the Three Qul Surahs Morning and Evening

In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. Say: He is Allah, One. Allah is the Eternal Refuge. He has not begotten, nor was He begotten, and there is none comparable to Him. In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak, from the evil of what He has created, from the evil of darkness when it settles, from the evil of those who blow on knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies. In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the whisperer who slinks away, who whispers in the hearts of mankind, from among the jinn and mankind.

Bismi-llāhi-r-raḥmāni-r-raḥīm. Qul huwa-llāhu aḥad. Allāhu-ṣ-ṣamad. Lam yalid wa-lam yūlad. Wa-lam yakun lahū kufuwan aḥad. Bismi-llāhi-r-raḥmāni-r-raḥīm. Qul aʿūdhu bi-rabbi-l-falaq. Min sharri mā khalaq. Wa-min sharri ghāsiqin idhā waqab. Wa-min sharri-n-naffāthāti fi-l-ʿuqad. Wa-min sharri ḥāsidin idhā ḥasad. Bismi-llāhi-r-raḥmāni-r-raḥīm. Qul aʿūdhu bi-rabbi-n-nās. Maliki-n-nās. Ilāhi-n-nās. Min sharri-l-waswāsi-l-khannās. Alladhī yuwaswisu fī ṣudūri-n-nās. Mina-l-jinnati wa-n-nās.

Forgive Us and Our Brothers in Faith

Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith, and do not place in our hearts any rancour toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful.

Rabbanā-ghfir lanā wa-li-ikhwāninā-lladhīna sabaqūnā bi-l-īmān, wa-lā tajʿal fī qulūbinā ghillan li-lladhīna āmanū. Rabbanā innaka raʾūfun raḥīm.

Seeking Refuge From the Devils' Whisperings

My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the whisperings of the devils, and I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me.

Rabbi aʿūdhu bika min hamazāti-sh-shayāṭīn, wa aʿūdhu bika rabbi an yaḥḍurūn.

Seeking Help Through Allah's Mercy Morning and Evening

O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, I seek help through Your mercy. Set right all my affairs for me, and do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye.

Yā ḥayyu yā qayyūmu, bi-raḥmatika astaghīthu, aṣliḥ lī shaʾnī kullahu, wa-lā takilnī ilā nafsī ṭarfata ʿayn

Help, Guidance and Repentance: Rabbi Aʿinnī

My Lord, help me and do not help others against me; give me victory and do not give others victory over me; plan for me and do not plan against me; guide me and make guidance easy for me; and give me victory over whoever wrongs me. My Lord, make me ever thankful to You, ever remembering You, full of awe of You, most obedient to You, humble before You, and turning to You often in sorrow and repentance. My Lord, accept my repentance, wash away my sin, answer my prayer, make my argument firm, set my tongue straight, guide my heart, and draw out the rancour from my chest.

Rabbi aʿinnī wa-lā tuʿin ʿalayya, wa-nṣurnī wa-lā tanṣur ʿalayya, wa-mkur lī wa-lā tamkur ʿalayya, wa-hdinī wa-yassiri-l-hudā lī, wa-nṣurnī ʿalā man baghā ʿalayya. Rabbi-jʿalnī laka shakkāran, laka dhakkāran, laka rahhāban, laka miṭwāʿan, laka mukhbitan, ilayka awwāhan munīban. Rabbi taqabbal tawbatī, wa-ghsil ḥawbatī, wa-ajib daʿwatī, wa-thabbit ḥujjatī, wa-saddid lisānī, wa-hdi qalbī, wa-slul sakhīmata ṣadrī.

Asking for Contentment, Blessing and Good Replacement

O Allah, make me content with what You have provided me, bless me in it, and replace for me everything of mine that is absent with something good.

Allāhumma qanniʿnī bimā razaqtanī, wa bārik lī fīhi, wa-khluf ʿalā kulli ghāʾibatin lī bikhayr.
