In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. Say: He is Allah, One. Allah is the Eternal Refuge. He has not begotten, nor was He begotten, and there is none comparable to Him. In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak, from the evil of what He has created, from the evil of darkness when it settles, from the evil of those who blow on knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies. In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the whisperer who slinks away, who whispers in the hearts of mankind, from among the jinn and mankind.

Bismi-llāhi-r-raḥmāni-r-raḥīm. Qul huwa-llāhu aḥad. Allāhu-ṣ-ṣamad. Lam yalid wa-lam yūlad. Wa-lam yakun lahū kufuwan aḥad. Bismi-llāhi-r-raḥmāni-r-raḥīm. Qul aʿūdhu bi-rabbi-l-falaq. Min sharri mā khalaq. Wa-min sharri ghāsiqin idhā waqab. Wa-min sharri-n-naffāthāti fi-l-ʿuqad. Wa-min sharri ḥāsidin idhā ḥasad. Bismi-llāhi-r-raḥmāni-r-raḥīm. Qul aʿūdhu bi-rabbi-n-nās. Maliki-n-nās. Ilāhi-n-nās. Min sharri-l-waswāsi-l-khannās. Alladhī yuwaswisu fī ṣudūri-n-nās. Mina-l-jinnati wa-n-nās.

O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the next. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly life, my family and my wealth. O Allah, cover my faults and calm my fears. O Allah, protect me from in front of me, from behind me, from my right, from my left and from above me; and I seek refuge in Your greatness from being struck down unseen from beneath me.

Allāhumma innī asʾaluka-l-ʿāfiyata fi-d-dunyā wa-l-ākhira. Allāhumma innī asʾaluka-l-ʿafwa wa-l-ʿāfiyata fī dīnī wa-dunyāya wa-ahlī wa-mālī. Allāhumma-stur ʿawrātī wa-āmin rawʿātī. Allāhumma-ḥfaẓnī min bayni yadayya wa-min khalfī wa-ʿan yamīnī wa-ʿan shimālī wa-min fawqī, wa-aʿūdhu bi-ʿaẓamatika an ughtāla min taḥtī.

In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Bismi-llāhi-lladhī lā yaḍurru maʿa-smihī shayʾun fī-l-arḍi wa-lā fī-s-samāʾ, wa-huwa-s-samīʿu-l-ʿalīm.

I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed. Allah: there is no god but Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is there that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His Kursī extends over the heavens and the earth, and guarding them does not burden Him. And He is the Most High, the Magnificent.

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi mina-sh-shayṭāni-r-rajīm. Allāhu lā ilāha illā huwa-l-ḥayyu-l-qayyūm, lā taʾkhudhuhu sinatun wa lā nawm, lahu mā fi-s-samāwāti wa mā fi-l-arḍ, man dhā-lladhī yashfaʿu ʿindahu illā bi-idhnihi, yaʿlamu mā bayna aydīhim wa mā khalfahum, wa lā yuḥīṭūna bi-shayʾin min ʿilmihi illā bi-mā shāʾ, wasiʿa kursiyyuhu-s-samāwāti wa-l-arḍ, wa lā yaʾūduhu ḥifẓuhumā, wa huwa-l-ʿaliyyu-l-ʿaẓīm.

O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day You raise Your servants.

Allāhumma qinī ʿadhābaka yawma tabʿathu ʿibādak.

O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your anger, and in Your pardon from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot count the praise due to You; You are as You have praised Yourself.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bi-riḍāka min sakhaṭika, wa-bi-muʿāfātika min ʿuqūbatika, wa-bika minka, lā uḥṣī thanāʾan ʿalayka, anta kamā athnayta ʿalā nafsika.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, from the punishment of the grave, from the trial of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah, the Dajjāl.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi jahannama, wa-min ʿadhābi-l-qabri, wa-min fitnati-l-maḥyā wa-l-mamāti, wa-min sharri fitnati-l-masīḥi-d-dajjāl.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah, the Dajjāl. I seek refuge in You from the trial of life and the trial of death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and from debt.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi-l-qabri, wa-aʿūdhu bika min fitnati-l-masīḥi-d-dajjāl, wa-aʿūdhu bika min fitnati-l-maḥyā wa-fitnati-l-mamāt. Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-maʾthami wa-l-maghram.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from miserliness. I seek refuge in You from cowardice. I seek refuge in You from being sent back to the most wretched part of life. And I seek refuge in You from the trial of this world and the punishment of the grave.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-bukhli, wa aʿūdhu bika mina-l-jubni, wa aʿūdhu bika min an uradda ilā ardhali-l-ʿumuri, wa aʿūdhu bika min fitnati-d-dunyā wa ʿadhābi-l-qabr.

O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your displeasure, and I seek refuge in Your granting of well-being from Your punishment. I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot count the praise due to You; You are as You have praised Yourself.

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi mina-sh-shayṭāni-r-rajīm. Allāhu lā ilāha illā huwa-l-ḥayyu-l-qayyūm, lā taʾkhudhuhū sinatun wa-lā nawm, lahū mā fī-s-samāwāti wa-mā fī-l-arḍ, man dhā-lladhī yashfaʿu ʿindahū illā bi-idhnihī, yaʿlamu mā bayna aydīhim wa-mā khalfahum, wa-lā yuḥīṭūna bi-shayʾin min ʿilmihī illā bi-mā shāʾ, wasiʿa kursiyyuhu-s-samāwāti wa-l-arḍ, wa-lā yaʾūduhū ḥifẓuhumā, wa-huwa-l-ʿaliyyu-l-ʿaẓīm.

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

Aʿūdhu bi-kalimāti-llāhi-t-tāmmāti min sharri mā khalaq.

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, which neither the righteous nor the wicked can overstep, from the evil of what He created, originated and spread; from the evil of what descends from the sky and the evil of what ascends into it; from the evil of what He spread in the earth and the evil of what comes out of it; from the evil of the trials of the night and the day; and from the evil of every night visitor, except a visitor who comes with good. O Most Merciful!

Aʿūdhu bi-kalimāti-llāhi-t-tāmmāti-llatī lā yujāwizuhunna barrun wa-lā fājirun min sharri mā khalaqa wa-baraʾa wa-dharaʾ, wa-min sharri mā yanzilu mina-s-samāʾ, wa-min sharri mā yaʿruju fīhā, wa-min sharri mā dharaʾa fi-l-arḍ, wa-min sharri mā yakhruju minhā, wa-min sharri fitani-l-layli wa-n-nahār, wa-min sharri kulli ṭāriqin illā ṭāriqan yaṭruqu bi-khayr, yā raḥmān.

I seek refuge in the Majestic Face of Allah, than whom nothing is greater, and in the perfect words of Allah, which neither the righteous nor the wicked can overstep, and in all the Most Beautiful Names of Allah, those I know and those I do not know, from the evil of what He created, brought into being and spread.

Aʿūdhu bi-wajhi-llāhi-l-ʿaẓīm, alladhī laysa shayʾun aʿẓama minhu, wa-bi-kalimāti-llāhi-t-tāmmāti-llatī lā yujāwizuhunna barrun wa-lā fājir, wa-bi-asmāʾi-llāhi-l-ḥusnā kullihā, mā ʿalimtu minhā wa-mā lam aʿlam, min sharri mā khalaqa wa-baraʾa wa-dharaʾ.

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, from the evil of His servants, and from the whisperings of the devils and from their coming near me.

Aʿūdhu bi-kalimāti-llāhi-t-tāmmāti min ghaḍabihi wa-ʿiqābihi, wa-sharri ʿibādihi, wa-min hamazāti-sh-shayāṭīni wa-an yaḥḍurūn.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from vitiligo, madness and leprosy, and from bad illnesses.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-baraṣi wa-l-junūni wa-l-judhāmi wa-min sayyiʾi-l-asqām.

Our Lord, indeed we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

Rabbanā innanā āmannā fa-ghfir lanā dhunūbanā wa-qinā ʿadhāba-n-nār.

Our Lord, turn away from us the punishment of Hell. Its punishment is truly a lasting torment. Truly, it is an evil place to settle and to stay.

Rabbanā-ṣrif ʿannā ʿadhāba jahannama, inna ʿadhābahā kāna gharāmā. Innahā sāʾat mustaqarran wa-muqāmā.

Our Lord, You did not create this in vain. Glory be to You, so protect us from the punishment of the Fire. Our Lord, whoever You admit to the Fire, You have truly disgraced, and the wrongdoers will have no helpers. Our Lord, we heard a caller calling to faith: ‘Believe in your Lord’, and we believed. Our Lord, forgive us our sins, wipe away our evil deeds from us, and take our souls in death with the righteous. Our Lord, grant us what You promised us through Your messengers, and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Truly, You never break the promise.

Rabbanā mā khalaqta hādhā bāṭilan, subḥānaka fa-qinā ʿadhāba-n-nār. Rabbanā innaka man tudkhili-n-nāra fa-qad akhzaytahu, wa-mā li-ẓ-ẓālimīna min anṣār. Rabbanā innanā samiʿnā munādiyan yunādī li-l-īmāni an āminū bi-rabbikum fa-āmannā, rabbanā fa-ghfir lanā dhunūbanā wa-kaffir ʿannā sayyiʾātinā wa-tawaffanā maʿa-l-abrār. Rabbanā wa-ātinā mā waʿadtanā ʿalā rusulika wa-lā tukhzinā yawma-l-qiyāmah, innaka lā tukhlifu-l-mīʿād.

Our Lord, do not let our hearts swerve after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. Truly, You are the Ever-Giving.

Rabbanā lā tuzigh qulūbanā baʿda idh hadaytanā wa-hab lanā min ladunka raḥmatan, innaka anta-l-wahhāb

My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the whisperings of the devils, and I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me.

Rabbi aʿūdhu bika min hamazāti-sh-shayāṭīn, wa aʿūdhu bika rabbi an yaḥḍurūn.

Our Lord, forgive us our sins and our excess in our affairs, make our feet firm, and help us against the disbelieving people.

Rabbanā-ghfir lanā dhunūbanā wa-isrāfanā fī amrinā wa-thabbit aqdāmanā wa-nṣurnā ʿalā-l-qawmi-l-kāfirīn.

Our Lord, pour patience over us, make our feet firm, and help us against the disbelieving people.

Rabbanā afrigh ʿalaynā ṣabran wa-thabbit aqdāmanā wa-nṣurnā ʿalā-l-qawmi-l-kāfirīn.

Our Lord, do not place us with the wrongdoing people.

Rabbanā lā tajʿalnā maʿa-l-qawmi-ẓ-ẓālimīn

Our Lord, do not make us a trial for the wrongdoing people, and save us, by Your mercy, from the disbelieving people.

Rabbanā lā tajʿalnā fitnatan li-l-qawmi-ẓ-ẓālimīn, wa najjinā biraḥmatika mina-l-qawmi-l-kāfirīn

Our Lord, in You we have put our trust, to You we have turned back, and to You is the final return. Our Lord, do not make us a trial for those who disbelieve, and forgive us, our Lord. Indeed, You alone are the Almighty, the All-Wise.

Rabbanā ʿalayka tawakkalnā wa ilayka anabnā wa ilayka-l-maṣīr. Rabbanā lā tajʿalnā fitnatan li-lladhīna kafarū wa-ghfir lanā rabbanā, innaka anta-l-ʿazīzu-l-ḥakīm

O Allah, Lord of Jibrīl, Mīkāʾīl and Isrāfīl, I seek refuge in You from the heat of the Fire and from the punishment of the grave.

Allāhumma rabba Jibrāʾīla wa Mīkāʾīla wa rabba Isrāfīla, aʿūdhu bika min ḥarri-n-nāri wa min ʿadhābi-l-qabr.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, from the punishment of the grave, from the trial of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah (al-Masīḥ ad-Dajjāl).

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi jahannam, wa min ʿadhābi-l-qabr, wa min fitnati-l-maḥyā wa-l-mamāt, wa min sharri fitnati-l-masīḥi-d-dajjāl.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from miserliness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from being sent back to the most worthless stage of life, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of this world, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-bukhli, wa aʿūdhu bika mina-l-jubni, wa aʿūdhu bika an uradda ilā ardhali-l-ʿumri, wa aʿūdhu bika min fitnati-d-dunyā, wa aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi-l-qabr.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from old age, from falling, from being crushed under a collapse, from distress, from burning, and from drowning. And I seek refuge in You from Satan confounding me at the time of death, and from being killed in Your cause while turning my back in flight. And I seek refuge in You from dying of a venomous sting or bite.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-harami, wa-t-taraddī, wa-l-hadmi, wa-l-ghammi, wa-l-ḥarīqi, wa-l-gharaqi, wa-aʿūdhu bika an yatakhabbaṭaniya-sh-shayṭānu ʿinda-l-mawti, wa-an uqtala fī sabīlika mudbiran, wa-aʿūdhu bika an amūta ladīghā.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessing, the change of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min zawāli niʿmatika, wa-taḥawwuli ʿāfiyatika, wa-fujāʾati niqmatika, wa-jamīʿi sakhaṭika.

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, from the evil of His servants, and from the whisperings of the devils and from their being present with me.

Aʿūdhu bi-kalimāti-llāhi-t-tāmmāti min ghaḍabihi wa-ʿiqābih, wa-sharri ʿibādih, wa-min hamazāti-sh-shayāṭīni wa-an yaḥḍurūn

O Allah, suffice me against them in whatever way You will.

Allāhumma-kfinīhim bimā shiʾta

Allah is sufficient for us, and what an excellent Trustee He is.

Ḥasbunā-llāhu wa niʿma-l-wakīl

O Allah, we place You at their throats, and we seek refuge in You from their evils.

Allāhumma innā najʿaluka fī nuḥūrihim, wa naʿūdhu bika min shurūrihim

O Allah, You are my strength and You are my helper. By You I maneuver, by You I attack, and by You I fight.

Allāhumma anta ʿaḍudī wa-anta naṣīrī, bika aḥūlu wa-bika aṣūlu wa-bika uqātil.

O Allah, Revealer of the Book, Driver of the clouds, Defeater of the factions, defeat them and grant us victory over them.

Allāhumma munzila-l-kitābi wa-mujriya-s-saḥābi wa-hāzima-l-aḥzābi ihzimhum wa-nṣurnā ʿalayhim.

There is no god but Allah.

Lā ilāha illā-llāh.

O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Mighty Throne, be a protector for me against so-and-so, son of so-and-so, and his factions among Your creatures, lest any of them act rashly against me or transgress. Mighty is the one You protect, majestic is Your praise, and there is no god but You.

Allāhumma rabba-s-samāwāti-s-sabʿi wa-rabba-l-ʿarshi-l-ʿaẓīmi, kun lī jāran min fulāni-bni fulānin wa-aḥzābihi min khalāʾiqika, an yafruṭa ʿalayya aḥadun minhum aw yaṭghā, ʿazza jāruka wa-jalla thanāʾuka wa-lā ilāha illā anta.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, from the punishment of the grave, from the trial of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the Messiah, the Dajjāl.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi jahannama, wa-min ʿadhābi-l-qabri, wa-min fitnati-l-maḥyā wa-l-mamāti, wa-min sharri fitnati-l-masīḥi-d-dajjāl.

O earth, my Lord and your Lord is Allah. I seek refuge in Allah from your evil, the evil of what is in you, the evil of what was created in you, and the evil of what crawls upon you. And I seek refuge in Allah from the lion and the black one, from the snake and the scorpion, from the dweller of the land, and from a begetter and what he begot.

Yā arḍu, rabbī wa rabbuki-llāh, aʿūdhu bi-llāhi min sharriki wa sharri mā fīki, wa sharri mā khuliqa fīki, wa min sharri mā yadibbu ʿalayki, wa aʿūdhu bi-llāhi min asadin wa aswad, wa mina-l-ḥayyati wa-l-ʿaqrab, wa min sākini-l-balad, wa min wālidin wa mā walad

O Allah, I ask You for its good, for the good of what is in it, and for the good of what it was sent with. And I seek refuge in You from its evil, from the evil of what is in it, and from the evil of what it was sent with.

Allāhumma innī asʾaluka khayrahā wa-khayra mā fīhā wa-khayra mā ursilat bihi, wa-aʿūdhu bika min sharrihā wa-sharri mā fīhā wa-sharri mā ursilat bih.

O Allah, cover our weak points and make us safe from our fears.

Allāhumma-stur ʿawrātinā wa-āmin rawʿātinā.

O Allah, it is Your mercy I hope for, so do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye. and set right for me all my affairs. There is no god but You.

Allāhumma raḥmataka arjū, fa-lā takilnī ilā nafsī ṭarfata ʿayn, wa-aṣliḥ lī shaʾnī kullahu, lā ilāha illā ant.

Allah is enough for us, and He is the best One to trust with our affairs.

Ḥasbunā-llāhu wa niʿma-l-wakīl

O Allah, we place You at their throats, and we seek refuge in You from their evils.

Allāhumma innā najʿaluka fī nuḥūrihim, wa naʿūdhu bika min shurūrihim

O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your displeasure, and in Your pardon from Your punishment, and in You from You. I cannot count the praise due to You; You are as You have praised Yourself.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bi-riḍāka min sakhaṭik, wa-bi-muʿāfātika min ʿuqūbatik, wa-bika mink, lā uḥṣī thanāʾan ʿalayk, anta kamā athnayta ʿalā nafsik

My Lord, make this a secure land, and provide its people with fruits, those of them who believe in Allah and the Last Day.

Rabbi-jʿal hādhā baladan āminan wa-rzuq ahlahu mina-th-thamarāti man āmana minhum bi-llāhi wa-l-yawmi-l-ākhir

My Lord, save me from the wrongdoing people.

Rabbi najjinī mina-l-qawmi-ẓ-ẓālimīn

My Lord, save me and my family from what they do.

Rabbi najjinī wa-ahlī mimmā yaʿmalūn

My Lord, make this land secure, and keep me and my sons far from worshipping idols.

Rabbi-jʿal hādhā-l-balada āminan wa-jnubnī wa-baniyya an naʿbuda-l-aṣnām.

If You save us from this, we will surely be among the grateful.

La’in anjaytanā min hādhihī la-nakūnanna mina-sh-shākirīn.

In the name of Allah is its course and its anchorage.

Bismi-llāhi majrāhā wa mursāhā.

My Lord, then do not place me among the wrongdoing people.

Rabbi fa-lā tajʿalnī fi-l-qawmi-ẓ-ẓālimīn.

Indeed, I seek refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant person who does not believe in the Day of Reckoning.

Innī ʿudhtu bi-rabbī wa-rabbikum min kulli mutakabbirin lā yuʾminu bi-yawmi-l-ḥisāb

Our Lord, we fear that he will rush against us or that he will transgress.

Rabbanā innanā nakhāfu an yafruṭa ʿalaynā aw an yaṭghā

He seeks refuge in Allah from the Devil and from the evil of what he saw.

Yastaʿīdhu bi-llāhi mina-sh-shayṭāni wa-min sharri mā raʾā.

O Allah, do not kill us with Your wrath, do not destroy us with Your punishment, and grant us well-being before that.

Allāhumma lā taqtulnā bi-ghaḍabika, wa-lā tuhliknā bi-ʿadhābika, wa-ʿāfinā qabla dhālika.

We seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the grave.

Naʿūdhu bi-llāhi min ʿadhābi-l-qabri.

O Allah, help me through the overwhelming pangs of death and the agonies of death.

Allāhumma aʿinnī ʿalā ghamarāti-l-mawti wa sakarāti-l-mawt.

O Allah, help me through the agonies of death (or the throes of death).

Allāhumma aʿinnī ʿalā ghamarāti-l-mawti (aw sakarāti-l-mawti).

I seek refuge in Allah from you.

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi minka

O Allah, make it winds and do not make it a wind. O Allah, make it a mercy and do not make it a punishment.

Allāhumma ijʿalhā riyāḥan wa lā tajʿalhā rīḥan, Allāhumma ijʿalhā raḥmatan wa lā tajʿalhā ʿadhāban

Our Lord, remove the punishment from us; indeed, we are believers.

Rabbanā-kshif ʿannā-l-ʿadhāba innā muʾminūna

Indeed my Lord is with me; He will guide me.

Inna maʿiya Rabbī sa-yahdīn.

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. In the name of Allah, upon myself and my religion. In the name of Allah, upon everything my Lord has given me. In the name of Allah, the best of names. In the name of Allah, with whose name no ailment causes harm. In the name of Allah I have begun, and upon Allah I have relied. Allah, Allah is my Lord; I associate nothing with Him. I ask You, O Allah, by Your goodness, from Your goodness, which none gives other than You. Mighty is the one under Your protection, and exalted is Your praise, and there is no god other than You. Place me in Your refuge from the evil of every ruler, and from Satan, the accursed. O Allah, I guard myself with You from the evil of all who possess evil among those You have created, and I take shelter with You from them. And I put before me: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. “Say: He is Allah, One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him.” And behind me the like of that, and on my right the like of that, and on my left the like of that, and above me the like of that.

Allāhu akbar, Allāhu akbar, Allāhu akbar, bismi-llāhi ʿalā nafsī wa-dīnī, bismi-llāhi ʿalā kulli shayʾin aʿṭānī rabbī, bismi-llāhi khayri-l-asmāʾi, bismi-llāhi-lladhī lā yaḍurru maʿa-smihi dāʾun, bismi-llāhi-ftataḥtu, wa-ʿalā-llāhi tawakkaltu, Allāhu Allāhu rabbī, lā ushriku bihi aḥadan, asʾaluka-llāhumma bi-khayrika min khayrika-lladhī lā yuʿṭīhu aḥadun ghayruka, ʿazza jāruka, wa-jalla thanāʾuka, wa-lā ilāha ghayruka, ijʿalnī fī ʿiyādhika min sharri kulli sulṭānin, wa-mina-sh-shayṭāni-r-rajīmi, Allāhumma innī aḥtarisu bika min sharri jamīʿi kulli dhī sharrin khalaqtahu, wa-aḥtarizu bika minhum, wa-uqaddimu bayna yadayya: bismi-llāhi-r-raḥmāni-r-raḥīmi qul huwa-llāhu aḥadun, Allāhu-ṣ-ṣamadu, lam yalid wa-lam yūlad, wa-lam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥadun, wa-min khalfī mithla dhālika, wa-ʿan yamīnī mithla dhālika, wa-ʿan yasārī mithla dhālika, wa-min fawqī mithla dhālika.

O Allah, You hear my words, and see where I am, and know my secret and my open affairs; nothing of my matter is hidden from You. I am the wretched, the poor, the one who cries for help, the one who seeks refuge, the fearful, the apprehensive, the one who admits and acknowledges his sin. I ask You as the destitute asks, and I plead to You as the lowly sinner pleads, and I call upon You as the fearful and afflicted one calls, whose neck has humbled itself to You, whose eyes have overflowed for You, whose body has been humbled before You, and whose nose has been rubbed in the dust for You. O Allah, do not make me unfortunate in my supplication to You, and be kind and merciful to me, O Best of those who are asked and O Best of those who give.

Allāhumma innaka tasmaʿu kalāmī, wa-tarā makānī, wa-taʿlamu sirrī wa-ʿalāniyatī, lā yakhfā ʿalayka shayʾun min amrī, anā-l-bāʾisu-l-faqīru-l-mustaghīthu-l-mustajīru-l-wajilu-l-mushfiqu-l-muqirru-l-muʿtarifu bi-dhanbihi, asʾaluka masʾalata-l-miskīni wa-abtahilu ilayka ibtihāla-l-mudhnibi-dh-dhalīli, wa-adʿūka duʿāʾa-l-khāʾifi-ḍ-ḍarīri, man khashaʿat laka raqabatuhu, wa-fāḍat laka ʿaynāhu, wa-dhalla laka jasaduhu wa-raghima anfuhu laka. Allāhumma lā tajʿalnī bi-duʿāʾika shaqiyyan, wa-kun bī raʾūfan raḥīman yā khayra-l-masʾūlīna wa-yā khayra-l-muʿṭīna.

In the name of Allah upon myself and my religion. In the name of Allah upon what my Lord, Mighty and Majestic, has given me. In the name of Allah upon my family and my wealth. Allah is the Greatest. Allah is my Lord. Allah is the Greatest. Allah is my Lord; I associate nothing with Him. Grant me refuge from every accursed devil and from every stubborn tyrant. Indeed, my Protector is Allah, who revealed the Book, and He takes care of the righteous. But if they turn away, say: Allah is sufficient for me; there is no god but Him; upon Him I rely, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.

Bismi-llāhi ʿalā nafsī wa dīnī, bismi-llāhi ʿalā mā aʿṭānī rabbī ʿazza wa jalla, bismi-llāhi ʿalā ahlī wa mālī, Allāhu akbar, Allāhu rabbī, Allāhu akbar, Allāhu rabbī lā ushriku bihi shayʾan, ajirnī min kulli shayṭānin rajīmin, wa min kulli jabbārin ʿanīdin, inna waliyyiya-llāhu-lladhī nazzala-l-kitāba wa huwa yatawallā-ṣ-ṣāliḥīna, fa in tawallaw fa qul ḥasbiya-llāhu lā ilāha illā huwa ʿalayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu-l-ʿarshi-l-ʿaẓīmi.

O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no god but You. In You I have placed my trust, and You are the Lord of the Mighty Throne. What Allah wills happens, and what He does not will does not happen. There is no power and no strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. I know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah encompasses all things in knowledge. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul, and from the evil of every creature whose forelock You hold. Indeed, my Lord is on a straight path.

Allāhumma anta rabbī, lā ilāha illā anta, ʿalayka tawakkaltu, wa anta rabbu-l-ʿarshi-l-ʿaẓīmi, mā shāʾa-llāhu kāna, wa mā lam yashaʾ lam yakun, lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāhi-l-ʿaliyyi-l-ʿaẓīmi, aʿlamu anna-llāha ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīrun, wa anna-llāha qad aḥāṭa bi-kulli shayʾin ʿilman, Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min sharri nafsī, wa min sharri kulli dābbatin anta ākhidhun bi-nāṣiyatihā, inna rabbī ʿalā ṣirāṭin mustaqīmin

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Fire, the trial of the grave, the punishment of the grave, the evil of the trial of wealth, and the evil of the trial of poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of the trial of the Dajjāl. O Allah, wash my heart with the water of snow and hail, and cleanse my heart of sins as a white garment is cleansed of dirt, and put distance between me and my sins as You put distance between the east and the west. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, from sin, and from debt.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min fitnati-n-nāri, wa fitnati-l-qabri, wa ʿadhābi-l-qabri, wa sharri fitnati-l-ghinā, wa sharri fitnati-l-faqri. Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min sharri fitnati-d-dajjāli. Allāhumma-ghsil qalbī bi-māʾi-th-thalji wa-l-baradi, wa naqqi qalbī mina-l-khaṭāyā kamā yunaqqā-th-thawbu-l-abyaḍu mina-d-danasi, wa bāʿid baynī wa bayna khaṭāyāya kamā bāʿadta bayna-l-mashriqi wa-l-maghribi, Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-kasali wa-l-maʾthami wa-l-maghrami.

O Allah, by You we have reached the morning, and by You we have reached the evening, by You we live and die, and to You is the resurrection. I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of every venomous and harmful creature, and I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of His punishment and from the evil of His servants.

Allāhumma bika aṣbaḥnā, wa bika amsaynā, wa bika ḥayātunā wa mawtunā, wa ilayka-n-nushūr. Aʿūdhu bi-kalimāti-llāhi-t-tāmmāti min sharri-s-sāmmati wa-l-hāmmah, wa aʿūdhu bi-kalimāti-llāhi-t-tāmmati min sharri ʿiqābihi, wa sharri ʿibādih.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from death by being crushed under a collapse, and I seek refuge in You from death by grief, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of security, and I seek refuge in You from betrayal, for it is an evil inner companion, and I seek refuge in You from hunger, for it is an evil bedfellow.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min mawti-l-hadmi, wa aʿūdhu bika min mawti-l-ghammi, wa aʿūdhu bika min sūʾi-l-amni, wa aʿūdhu bika mina-l-khiyānata; fa-innahā biʾsati-l-biṭānatu, wa aʿūdhu bika mina-l-jūʿi fa-innahu biʾsa-ḍ-ḍajīʿu.

We have reached the evening, and the dominion has reached the evening belonging to Allah; all praise is for Allah, all of it is for Allah. I seek refuge in Allah, who holds the sky from falling upon the earth except by His permission, from the evil of what He created and brought into being, and from the evil of Satan and his polytheism.

Amsaynā wa amsā-l-mulku lillāhi, wa-l-ḥamdu lillāhi, kulluhu lillāhi, aʿūdhu bi-llāhi-lladhī yumsiku-s-samāʾa an taqaʿa ʿalā-l-arḍi illā bi-idhnihi min sharri mā khalaqa wa dharaʾa, wa min sharri-sh-shayṭāni wa shirkihi.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from deafness and muteness, and I seek refuge in You from sin and debt, and I seek refuge in You from hunger, for it is an evil bedfellow, and I seek refuge in You from betrayal, for it is an evil inner companion.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-ṣ-ṣamami wa-l-bakami, wa aʿūdhu bika mina-l-maʾthami wa-l-maghrami, wa aʿūdhu bika mina-l-jūʿi fa-innahu biʾsa-ḍ-ḍajīʿu, wa aʿūdhu bika mina-l-khiyānati fa-innahā biʾsati-l-biṭānatu.

O Allah, had it not been for You, we would not have been guided, nor would we have given charity, nor prayed. So send down tranquility upon us, and make our feet firm if we meet them. Indeed, those who have wronged us, if they want to cause discord, we refuse.

Allāhumma law lā anta mā-htadaynā, wa lā taṣaddaqnā wa lā ṣallaynā, fa-anzilan sakīnatan ʿalaynā, wa thabbiti-l-aqdāma in lāqaynā, inna-l-ulā qad baghaw ʿalaynā, wa in arādū fitnatan abaynā.

Had it not been for You, we would not have been guided, nor would we have given charity or prayed. So send down tranquility upon us. Indeed those, and sometimes he said: the chiefs, have wronged us. If they want a trial, we refuse, we refuse.

Lawlā anta mā-htadaynā naḥnu, wa lā taṣaddaqnā wa lā ṣallaynā, fa-anzilan sakīnatan ʿalaynā, inna-l-ulā wa rubbamā qāla: al-malā qad baghaw ʿalaynā, idhā arādū fitnatan abaynā abaynā.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the domination of the enemy; and I seek refuge in You from being overcome by debt; and I seek refuge in You from the ruin of the woman left without a husband; and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Dajjal; and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ghalabati-l-ʿaduwwi, wa-aʿūdhu bika min ghalabati-d-dayni, wa-aʿūdhu bika min bawāri-l-ayyimi, wa-aʿūdhu bika min fitnati-d-dajjāli, wa-aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi-l-qabri.

I seek refuge in the Noble Face of Allah, for which the earth shone and the darknesses were lit up, from the removal of His blessing and the suddenness of His vengeance, from being overtaken by wretchedness, and from the evil of a book that has already gone before.

Aʿūdhu bi-wajhi-llāhi-l-karīmi-lladhī ashraqat lahu-l-arḍu wa-aḍāʾat lahu-ẓ-ẓulumātu min zawāli niʿmatihi wa-fajʾati niqmatihi, wa-min darki-sh-shaqāʾi, wa-min sharri kitābin qad sabaqa.

O Allah, save me from the Fire, and grant me forgiveness by night and by day and a righteous abode. Amen. O Allah, I ask You for deliverance from the Fire in safety, and admit me into Paradise. Amen.

Allāhumma najjinī mina-n-nāri wa-maghfiratan bi-l-layli wa-n-nahāri wa-l-manzila-ṣ-ṣāliḥ, āmīn. Allāhumma innī asʾaluka khalāṣan mina-n-nāri sāliman wa-adkhilnī-l-jannata, āmīn.

O Allah, grant me two eyes that pour abundant tears, healing the heart with the flowing of tears out of fear of You, before the tears become blood and the molars become embers.

Allāhumma-rzuqnī ʿaynayni haṭṭālatayni tashfiyāni-l-qalba bi-dhurūfi-d-damʿi min khashyatika qabla an yakūna-d-damʿu daman wa-l-aḍrāsu jamran

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of those who walk on two legs, from the evil of those who walk on four, and from the evil of those who walk on their bellies.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min sharri man yamshī ʿalā rijlayhi, wa min sharri man yamshī ʿalā arbaʿin, wa min sharri man yamshī ʿalā baṭnihi.

O Allah, none brings good things except You, and none repels evil things except You, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.

Allāhumma lā yaʾtī bi-l-ḥasanāti illā anta, wa lā yadfaʿu-s-sayyiʾāti illā anta, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāh.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the Fire, and from the punishment of the grave, and from the trial of the chest, and from the evil of life and death.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābi-n-nāri, wa min ʿadhābi-l-qabri, wa min fitnati-ṣ-ṣadri, wa sūʾi-l-maḥyā wa-l-mamāti.

You are our Lord and their Lord, we are Your servants and they are Your servants, our forelocks and their forelocks are in Your hand; so defeat them and grant us victory over them.

Anta rabbunā wa-rabbuhum, wa-naḥnu ʿabīduka wa-hum ʿabīduka, wa-nawāṣīnā wa-nawāṣīhim biyadika, fa-hzimhum wa-nṣurnā ʿalayhim.

O Allah, do not disgrace me on the Day of Resurrection, and do not disgrace me on the Day of Distress, for whoever You disgrace on the Day of Distress, You have indeed disgraced him.

Allāhumma lā tukhzinī yawma-l-qiyāmati, wa-lā tukhzinī yawma-l-baʾsi, fa-inna man tukhzihi yawma-l-baʾsi fa-qad akhzaytahu.

Indeed we are Your servants and they are Your servants, and indeed our forelocks and their forelocks are in Your hand, and it is only You who overcome them.

Innā naḥnu ʿibāduka wa hum ʿibāduka, wa innamā nawāṣīnā wa nawāṣīhim biyadika, wa innamā yaghlibuhum anta.

O Allah, You are our Lord and their Lord, and our forelocks and their forelocks are in Your hand, so kill them for us and defeat them for us.

Allāhumma anta rabbunā wa rabbuhum, wa nawāṣīnā wa nawāṣīhim bi-yadika, fa-qtulhum lanā, wa-hzimhum lanā.

Glory be to the King, the Most Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit. You have enveloped the heavens and the earth with might and supreme power.

Subḥāna-l-maliki-l-quddūsi, rabbi-l-malāʾikati wa-r-rūḥi, jallalta-s-samāwāti wa-l-arḍa bi-l-ʿizzati wa-l-jabarūti.

O Allah, You are our Lord and their Lord; our forelocks and their forelocks are in Your Hand, and it is only You who will kill them.

Allāhumma anta rabbunā wa rabbuhum, wa nawāṣīnā wa nawāṣīhim bi-yadika, wa innamā taqtulhum anta.

O Allah, You are our Lord and their Lord, our hearts and their hearts are in Your hand, and it is only You who overcome them.

Allāhumma anta rabbunā wa rabbuhum, wa qulūbunā wa qulūbuhum biyadika, wa innamā taghlibuhum anta.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the work of Satan and from evil dreams.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿamali-sh-shayṭāni, wa sayyiʾāti-l-aḥlāmi

My Lord, with You I fight and with You I attack, and there is no might and no power except with You.

Rabbī bika uqātil wa bika uṣāwil wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bika

O Master of the Day of Recompense, You alone I worship and You alone I ask for help.

Yā Mālika yawmi-d-dīni, iyyāka ʾaʿbudu wa iyyāka ʾastaʿīnu

O Master of the Day of Recompense, You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help.

Yā Mālika yawmi-d-dīni, iyyāka naʿbudu wa iyyāka nastaʿīnu

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from what is deliberately directed at one in particular and from what is general.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina-l-ʿawāmidi wa-l-ʿāmmati

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a poverty that pins one down or leaves one crippled.

Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min faqrin muribbin aw mulibbin.

I seek refuge in Allah from the Fire, and woe to the people of the Fire.

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi mina-n-nāri, wa waylun li-ahli-n-nāri.

O Allah, suffice us against them, and hold back their might from us.

Allāhumma-kfināhum wa-kfuf ʿannā baʾsahum

O Allah, forgive me on the Day of Resurrection.

Allāhumma-ghfir lī yawma-l-qiyāmati

We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of trials.

Naʿūdhu bi-llāhi min sūʾi-l-fitani

I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of trials.

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi min sūʾi-l-fitani

O Allah, grant safety, grant safety.

Allāhumma sallim sallim

Ḥā Mīm, they will not be helped.

ḥā mīm lā yunṣarūn

O my Lord, grant safety, grant safety.

Rabbi sallim sallim

Grant safety, grant safety.

Sallim sallim

Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, if you are God-fearing.

Innī aʿūdhu bi-r-Raḥmāni minka in kunta taqiyyan
