اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِنِي
O Allah, give me water to drink.
Allāhumma asqinī.

Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) said that a man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said that the livestock were perishing and the roads were cut off, and asked him to pray to Allah for rain, so the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prayed and said:

Explanation
Isqinī comes from saqā, to give someone water to drink, so the plea is simply: O Allah, give me water. It suits a dua for rain because the one asking turns to Allah for water. The page, from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), tells how a man said that livestock were perishing and the roads were cut off, and asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) to pray for water. He said these words when not even a wisp of cloud was seen in the sky, and the page says rain then fell from one Friday to the next.
